The right lane of the Fourth Avenue South on ramp to Interstate 5 and Interstate 90, and the right turn lane of southbound Fourth Avenue South approaching Royal Brougham Way are closed until January 2010 to protect overhead construction support beams protect the beams from further hits. Crews will reopen the right turn lane of southbound Fourth Avenue South for major events at nearby stadiums.
